Marlies Hoecherl is a partner at Capital Law Limited. The firm is based in Cardiff, Wales, UK, with an office in London. Capital works both nationally and internationally to offer all the legal services that a trading organisation needs.
Ms Hoecherl advises on M&As, corporate reorganisations and a wide variety of commercial contracts including SLAs and commercial joint ventures, primarily with cross-border aspects. Ms. Hoecherl holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of London. Aside from her legal career, she also holds a master’s degree from University of Wales and PhD in Archaeology from Cardiff University. She speaks German and French fluently, and reads Italian and Spanish.
